How to read this
The meter is a simple vote of seven indicators, each reading Buy, Sell or Hold on the timeframe you pick. Good setup, Skip and Quiet is the overall read, and also checks whether you would be chasing a jump. Neither predicts what happens next.
Normal daily swing is how far the coin typically moves between its daily high and low. A stop-loss tighter than that is likely to be hit by ordinary noise, even if your idea is right. Chasing means buying after a big recent jump, when late buyers often pay more. This page describes what already happened. It does not predict what happens next.
